RFTools screens. Didn't know they had neat remote monitoring capabilities, got 'em setup to monitor jet fuel, ethanol, RF, and emerald block levels. Eventually, I shall monitor ALL THE THINGS!

You may have misinterpreted that :p

Just because you take the easy path, it doesn't mean you don't like the hard path ;)
As a human being, I tend towards the quick and simple path, over the hard and problematic one.

That said, I strongly appreciate the original statement. Some mods have become absolute staples in packs and its fun to get outside of your comfort zone sometimes.
Maybe.
But right now, I have made it my personal "thing" to make sure any mod pack I make doesn't include these mods unless it is absolutely necessary (e.g. adding EnderIO because I need a mod that can store a gagillion RF without the need for thousands of cables or whatever)

Immersive Water Wheel power output was nerfed recently, apparently, and I didn't see any discussion of the change anywhere. Not a "cool little thing" by any means (lol), but an important thing to note nonetheless since all the wikis I referenced when building my base are supplying out-of-date information. Still the best early-game power source IMO, even with the nerf.

https://www.reddit.com/r/feedthebeast/comments/3zrd8k/infinity_evolved_expert_immersive_engineering/

"I was hearing that the Immersive Engineering Water Wheels can produce 90RF/t, but all designs I've seen can only produce 75RF/t using water. Here's a design that increases the output to 88RF/t on a triple wheel."

"In infinity 2.1.x they could produce just under 100RF/t with the standard, non-stringy setups now accepted as 'best'. 2.2 picked up a change in immersive engineering that multiplied their output by .75."

Today I discovered the Witchery Mandrake plant.
Today I discovered that -when harvested- it gives nausea effects while running around screaming like a ghast.

Today I think I've discovered my new favourite thing to plant in other people's farms :)
This doesn't happen if you harvest it near midnight, or when harvesting it from an agricraft crop...

Unfortunately said wand is creative only, the best I know of that is actually obtainable is the chroma metal capped crystal scepter using chromaticraft with a total storage of 9000 vis, just short of being first place however.

Today I discovered thaf IC2 Nuclear Reactors can't blow up Fused Quartz(which is basically glass made out of quarts). A pretty good tip for people that play Infinity Evolved.

Because my native language isn't English I don't understand what you mean. Do you mean if I'm being serious or not?
Yes I'm bring serious. I meant as in none of the glass is broken, and blocks beyond the barrier aren't affected?

The Fused Quartz isn't broken. I was watching a youtuber making a reactor room for his IC2 reactor and he said that after doing some testing in creative he discovered that IC2 reactors or Nukes won't blow up Fused Quartz.

Unless it got changed nuclear reactors explosion damage will depend on the amount of fuel rods inside the reactor thus if you test it with only 1 uranium rod you will get different results then when you do a reactor full of those things. Thus the question becomes, up to what amount and what kind of fuel rods where used to test the galss?
