"Wondering how he can get up?!" Seriously? Spirit's also an Earthbender, and so by extension a Metalbender, and the elevators are not made of purified titanium, so he could have scrunched up the elevator and flown up.
IC:
Spirit set his Conduits to work resetting all systems and turning on the automatic bunker repairing machine thing. He sent fire through the perforated tubes he had run all around the facility in case of something like this, pressed the button that lowered the oil lanterns, and allowed the fire to light up the entire bunker. He turned on the intercom.

"Well, that's that!" He exclaimed. "You have light now, if you could help the Conduits reset the systems, that would be nice."

He set to work repairing the water pipes and wires that had been broken and reinstalling the light bulbs. 'Thank goodness I recruited all those non-Conduit soldiers to help before the apocalypse!' He thought. They would be a great help for tasks that couldn't really be sped up through the use of Conduits.

Through the intercom, he sent a notice to everybody. "New plan for expanding! Expand outward, then downward, to go around that inconsiderate box! We also found some kind of coffin down there. I have absolutely no idea what it's supposed to be, and why there's some kind of woman ringing a bell. I'll get around to fixing that, and soundproof the chamber."[DOUBLEPOST=1376062031][/DOUBLEPOST]OOC: Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. WHY ON EARTH IS THERE A SHOT GLASS AND SPIRIT IN A BUNKER MADE BY A PERSON HEAVILY OPPOSED TO ALCOHOL DRINKING?! Rant over. Who would put that there? How about changing it to alcohol found in an emergency kit?

OOC: I'm visiting America for a Camping trip and a visit to Solvang, a Danish Village quite near the coast of California. I hereby allow Techno to act for me, so long as he knows most of the things about me, mainly that I can control Air, Water, Earth, Fire, Metal, Lightning (An extension of fire and by extension electricity) and I can also heal with water, etc. etc.
Thank you! Goodbye.

Does it really matter? It isn't real, so shouldn't really affect you...

But why would it be in there? The only people other than I and Techno who had ever gone into that extremely new section of the bunker were some of the Conduits, none of which drink.

Well, stuff is getting weirder everyday. Anyway, according to Techno, J is now semi-unable to talk, Whizz went nuts, there was alcohol and birds and silver - I'm starting to think they went to Las Vegas, instead of a bunker.
I guess Vegas is a bunker now, but whatever. There were no spambot attacks, and I like it that way.
Being on this ship makes me forget that there's too many spambots down there that they're like the stars now.

Shit, I forgot G was on the ship! He seems fine, if a little weirded out by techno's modifications to my ship.
"So, Techno, what exactly did you do, and why?"

OOC: You really shouldn't have done that... the leftover energy would have surged you, driven you insane, or caused you to become the epicentre of a cataclysmic explosion. Spectacular, but boring. :p Also, thanks to leftover surges, you pretty much have to replace all the electronics connected to your power supply at the time. Including the intercom. :p Also, the leftover residue woul dhave:
  1. Eaten away at all the wiring
  2. Surged any other electronic into the system
So, you'd have a lot of small explosions, smoke, broken glass and unhappy people.

He couldn't talk due to a 'magic field' thingy that Techno put down because Techno enjoys quiet while he works. The field was destroyed by the explosion, so The_j can certainly yabber on all he likes. Also, that field saved you from being crushed by pressure waves due to the first parts of the explosion.
Shit, I forgot G was on the ship! He seems fine, if a little weirded out by techno's modifications to my ship.
"So, Techno, what exactly did you do, and why?"

OOC: Though I did technically modify your ship, I literally did the equivalent of breaking it into lots of little pieces, mashing them back together with new pieces and blowing them all up in a flaming inferno... So, modifying might be the wrong word. :p
Techno was sitting on top of a bunk. He walked into what appeared to be a wall, but when the_j looked, there was a door they, just sitting as if it had always been there. What could be seen beyond was a product of imagination in reality. However, when he blinked, there was a wall there, as if it had always been. When Techno reappeared in the middle, everyone was asleep, except for the little firebirds, who were running around. Techno scattered some embers, and birdseed in their box, and let them all jump in. Surprisingly, there was no noise in this process. The_j had fallen asleep at the helm, and they were in orbit, about to drift off into deep space. Techno moved GPuzzle and The_j, with some help from the chicks to their individual cabins, covered them up, and left a small vent open for the chicks to run around.

In the cabin, Techno was slowly getting used to how things went. He typed a few things into a terminal and let everything load. The lights came to life in a soft glow that basked everything in white, and a gentle humming could be heard as the engines came back to life. Techno pushed the Accelerator, tweaked a few settings, and watched as a map of the known system came to life around him. Although he was tempted to explore everything thoroughly, there was not the time to do so. Techno hotwired a message across the airwaves to Spirit's CB Radio, saying that they'd be gone a while. He then pushed the accelerator, pressed a few buttons and leapt.

Everyone appeared to still be asleep. That was, until they came up against a gigantic ship. The markings on it were enough to force Techno to engage the forcefields and mute all outside noise. It seemed to be working, as the speakers on the ship were blaring out advertisements. However, it was not long before projectiles came. Techno scratched up the coordinates on a sheet of paper, flipped a loop, orbited a sun and hopped again. They came to a rapidly disintegrating world. Picking through the debri that was here, Techno was shocked to learn a turtle had be dropped when the station that was once here jumped. He picked up the hibernating turtle, and entered the ship. He plugged it into the wall, and returned.

Upon returning to the bunker, the turtle was fully charged and ready for action. When Techno had finished erasing his traces, returning the ship to it's original mods, the turtle flickered to life. It snapped to attention, and was caught off-guard when Techno, instead of giving it orders, simply unplugged it, picked it up, and leapt out of the cabin door. He landed on the roof of the orbit station, and entered. He put down the turtles and deactivated the cloaking. The orbit station was then revealed in its full glory, startling everyone in and on the bunker. They tried to fire at it, but they quickly stopped when they realised that the missles would do no harm.

Techno hopped back on the shuttle, and had it land on the runway. He was met by Spirit, who was swearing on a large number of deities and their parents, all the while swearing profusely. Spirit wondered what it was, and Techno replied with a deceptively simple answer. "It is a bunker... of sorts."

The_j and Gpuzzle had a rude awakening they woke up to the smell of burning and found that all the small birds that had kept them company had appeared to have caught fire. They were horrified and appeared to try and put the fire out, but it only served to make the small birds a blazing inferno. They were on the verge of panic when Spirit appeared, attempting to impose his will on the flames. Beyond the doorway, Techno could be seen with a small, secret smile on his face, and they all wondered what would happen. Their questions were answered when the small infernos first dimmed, then broke through Spirit's will like an overstretched rubber band, causing a loud snap and sending him flying out the door. As he picked it up, Spirit then fell over and started regurgitating all his lunch. Techno then walked over and picked each of the small birds up. He then put the lot of them into a cardboard box, and when the box was opened, they saw that the chicks were now small balls of fluff, some of which were still smouldering, but the majority were not and appeared to have fallen asleep. Techno stepped back out, and helped get Spirit to the infirmary before he got run over.

OOC: Yes, they're phoenixes. :p The_j, give your one a name. XD And yes, Techno can very much pilot a spaceship, and a plane, by extension, but he is very easily confused by the controls which planes have. :p

The girl stood, mildy attractive but very thin. "Where the heck am I?"

Bella slapped her and used his reality bending powers to conjure up a mercedes benz. "Bitch, get in the car now!" He yelled as he shoved her in the car and drove away.

And that is what would have happened on the old thread.

OOC: Nerfing. :3 I didn't say it happened to you, except your radio is sort of weird. You have to use a radio, the intercom is broken, simply due to the electronic equivalent of a solar flare and a lightning storm all rolled into one. Just... find something to suck the power out of the system with. ;) NO-one said conduits couldn't use electricity of that type. :p Just... suck it up and get on with it. :p

Techno had half his body buried inside a somewhat large ship. The_j was out on his rounds, and GPuzzle had discovered the joy of High-Powered Lasers. Techno frowned at the boiler, and walked back inside the bunker. He came back out with a large amount of charcoal. He filled the firebox with charcoal, checked no-one was looking, and summoned a small flame on top of his hand. He put it inside the firebox, and waited for everything to boil.

GPuzzle was having a good deal of fun. Not only had he discovered the joys of optics, he was making things, and making sure other things blew up. It was fun, to say the least. He did wonder, though as to why Techno had not included any kind of firepower when he rebuilt this ship.

The_j was still testing the capabilities of this thing. So far, he had found none. He had a small bird on his shoulder that would randomly burst into flame with no warning, and it was sitting on his map. So far, his map hadn't burnt, so he was happy, but the_j was still nervous.

The boiler had heated up. It would take a few more degrees before everything would be ready for a warm up. not long after, things began to move. Techno extracted himself from the confines of the engine, and checked that everything would be running. Closing the hatch, and sealing it, Techno walked in the door. He had places to go, things to do. And survivors to find. He pushed up the Steam Engine, and let everything slowly catch up. As the transport started rolling down the runway, he turned everything up and let the engines pick up the slack. This was soon followed by a quiet humming that increased in intensity and pitch, before the runway started melting. Techno moved the throttle up further and the humming gave way to an easily audible roar that blew molten asphalt up the runway. Techno then lifted off. To most people, this ship had a much more confusing interface than the plane, but it was deceptively simple. You had controls to go faster, go up, left, up and a map to help you get there. If you looked carefully enough, the map even told you how to use the controls. The core of this ship's engine was based around Steam Power. It didn't use water, though, as that would have been silly. It used an unusual mix of chemicals to simulate water that did not freeze, or corrode objects. So far, the Steam Engine could generate movement on its own, or it could power engines to do so. Landing on a desolate moon, Techno had the transport trundling around, looking for some life forms, while he did a few checks. Everything seemed to be working well, except that there was barely enough power being produced, but not being used for a year or so tended to do that to the power generation. Once everything was warmed up, it should have been fine. Techno wasn't going to risk being stuck, simply because the ship wouldn't be able to handle the power generation that was needed to hop across space. He fired the engines up, and continued on his way. Things had to be found, preparations had to be made. Also, this ship needed some warming up. Techno reached across the dashboard, and lines streaked across the interior of the ship, covering everything in a pale orange light. This orange light turned blue, after a bit more waiting, and Techno hopped across to another place. He picked up a few supplies, some Deuterium, Xenon, Ununoctium, Biunoctium, and all that. Just in case, Techno grabbed some books and a towel. [OOC: References! :3] He pushed up the engines as a missile streaked past him exploding harmlessly a few meters away, thought that was enough warning for techno to fire up the engines and leave. He picked up a few crates, and left.

Landing was much easier than taking off. Namely, since everything was warmed up, there was no need for any kind of warmup procedure. All that had to happen was that a landing had to be done correctly. Now this was slightly more than difficult as there was a melted line smack across the runway, due to the Transport taking off, and there not being enough power to cool off the engines. Techno flew it up to the loading bay, noting that the_j was still out, and started unloading things into the loading bay. He then covered everything with a tarpaulin, and for good measure, put the towel on top.

The_j was curious to learn more about his ship, but it could wait. He was getting lonely, and a small bird can only offer so much human company, when your co-pilot is in a weapons lab, blowing things to kingdom come. He landed it, suddenly noticing another ship, parked near the strangely smooth spot on the ground. Near the hole was a melted streak of Asphalt. The_j cautiously explored the area around, his military training taking over and causing him to check for IEDs. He was still searching, when there was a small 'click'. He jumped, and moved backwards slowly, putting a brick exactly where his foot was. He turned around and felt quite foolish when he saw that his young companion was simply pecking away at the undercarriage of his shuttle, causing small clicks to reverberate throughout his shuttle. He was still curious when he saw Techno get in and take a normally impossible number of crates out of the ship, and scatter them around.

When Techno looked up, he saw the_j staring at him. Techno slid a crate towards the_j. And passed a blade to Gpuzzle, who was still emitting smoke after discovering that there were explosives under the table and that the room was quite well protected against explosions.

After Techno passed me the blade, we heard a crash and the whole ship shaked.
Everything fell down, and so did everyone. Glass was shattered, and beeps were heard.
I fainted.
And felt that my end was coming soon.
