I'm flying now, to whizz's bunker. Nothing much happening. Technician keeps talking about universes and ships and dreadnoughts an other stuff, but I zone out after a while, have a dijon-aise and salami sandwich. Mmmmm dats good

"What on earth is that?" Spirit asked indignantly. "How could there be anything deeper than my base?" Spirit had been continually expanding the base down into the earth and he had just went to the bottom to figure out what the sound could be. He called for his earth conduit. "Drill down a bit, could you?"
OOC: This is where you, Technician, tell me what it is so I can move on the story.
This distress call did not come at the best of times.
I leave techno to help whizz with whatever it was, and me an G get into my ship, and prepare for a day's journey. Thank goodness for auto-pilot!
We're just tracking the location of the call now, on the martian landscape.
Mean while i am running around in a circle while 1000 spambots chase my (spambots aint all that smart) Heeeeelp meee!!!! i dont wanna be captured!!! anyone wanna hhhheeeeeeeelllllllppppp meEeeEeE?? Now they are shooting laaaaaazers!!!! heelp me! (too much requests for help...? To Bad! coma and help me)!!
We found the guy. He's screaming like a madman, running for his life. I open the cargo doors, go to a slow hover, and G helps him in.
We then pull out of mars' atmosphere, back to earth.
"So how did you end up on mars, then?"
'I know what is under there.' Techno said. This statement was followed by some guttural language that Spirit could not make head or tail of. Spirit decided not to pursue the issue, and continued to have his conduits shift the stone, attempting to reveal the cube-like object down below. His efforts were interrupted by a large explosion. He turned around to find Techno pointing a blade at the hole. 'Was that easier?' Tech replied. Spirit stammered, and failed to get any words out. He eventually gave up and went to discover what the hole had revealed. The cube had an unusual look to it. Interestingly, the many scanners Spirit tried indicated a large space before failing completely, heating up to scalding temperatures and emitting sparks. Techno walked over to the cube and put his hand on it. An opening appeared on the box, revealing a space behind it. When Spirit had a peep, he had to grab the sides of the box, since the inside of the box opened up into a much larger space than the outside belied. It also didn't help that the doorway had no base, it was suspended above apparent nothingness.
"Well, thank goodness one of my powers has to do with the control of fire. I can simply fly down there!" He activated flame jets, but stopped. "Wait," he said. "Just in case, I'll send a camera down." He lowered it down with a chain very slowly.[DOUBLEPOST=1375888727][/DOUBLEPOST]

Problem?[DOUBLEPOST=1375889153][/DOUBLEPOST]We've made a long trip here, and the guy we saved is still a bit shaky, but we get back to whizz's base pretty quickly. He and techno are exploring a... thing... and I just have to wait and see what happens.
Soaryn, having finally broken out of the prison runs down a hill hoping to gain as much ground between himself and the spambots as possible. Then he hears the screaming. It wasn't all that loud at first, but eventually it started to grow in strength until he could no longer ignore it.
Soaryn began walking around and eventually spotted a coffin, he pried it open with his hands and pulled out an unconcious girl.
The_j, you shall see. Whizz, I think Guzzle means that I advance things far too quickly in RolePlay. My desktop is still eating my text and/or crashing, but I think I'm slowly ironing out the bugs with the new RAM Module. So far so good, though.
Spirit slowly lowered the camera. After hooking the chain to the wall, Spirit rummaged around and plugged in a monitor to the cable sticking out of the chain. He then unhooked the chain from the wall and continued to winch it down. he had almost run out of chain, when it appeared to hit something. Locking the electric winch in place, Spirit turned on the monitor, only to look into an eye. One that was not his. The camera screen then flickered, turned bright purple and the picture vanished. Slightly stunned and wondering what happened to his camera, Spirit plugged in the Winch and turned it on. It started to wind, then got stuck. The motor continued to attempt to run, but this was soon followed by a screeching, and a loud snap as the latch broke of completely and the chain whipped off the roll, vanishing into the opening of the box. Spirit then found himself suspended in the air. He started struggling, cursing as he did so, then calmed down and attempted to logically think through the situation. He found a bit of steel from the latch had wrapped around his foot. He burned it off, and let it fall to the ground. After the piece of titanium clattered to the floor, electricity surged up the wire, arcing out, and pitting the floor in places, melting wire and setting fire to insulation. Due to this, the room was very quickly filled with smoke. Expecting to Asphyxiate, and burn to death, Spirit held his breath and braced for the worst... But nothing happened. He was surrounded by a small bubble of clean air, but he could not see anything. There was a bright flash that could be easily seen through the soot, but that was quickly swallowed up as the glow faded. The whining of the motor rose to an all-time high before giving off a loud 'pop' and going silent. As Spirit waited, he noticed the light next to him was slowly growing in intensity. The light then exploded into a mass of glass and sparks. Spirit managed to protect himself by melting the bits of glass the came at him through the bubble, as it seemed the bubble only protected him from asphyxiation.
The bubbled then simply imploded, dropping Spirit, and the bits of glass he had melted solidified and landed on him. They had landed in an unusual teardrop shape. Spirit put this teardrop shaped piece of glass inside his pouch for safekeeping, saving it as a momento. The opening on the box was gone, and Techno was sitting on top of it, his blade having seemingly vanished, carrying a small globe of light. Spirit summoned a small flame to see what he was doing. He found the cable, mostly melted, smoking slightly. The chain had melted completely, and the winch was nowhere to be seen. A quick glance at the light told Spirit that he would have do replace a lot of them. The entire light appeared to have been cauterized. The terminals were mere sticks of charcoal, and the bulb was all over the room. Since the elevators were not working, and there was no power whatsoever, Spirit was at a loss as to how he could go up. He considered burning his way through, but decided against it when the floor became dotted with small symbols that hovered just above the floor. He reached to poke at them with a stick when they began to spin, slowly, but gathering in speed. When he touched one of them, the piece of steel was wrenched in two and an electric shock flew up Spirit's arm. He jumped, and dropped the piece of scrap as though it was a deadly snake. There was a blinding flash of light, and they appeared to utter chaos.
Since all the power went out, there was not much people could do. They just panicked, as it was the middle of the day, and in the middle of Lunch, all the lights exploded. the_j was lucky, having a habit of keeping emergency gear around him. When the lights went out, he cracked a glowstick. Once the familiar orange glow surrounded him, he finished his tea and grabbed a scone, before marching off, to see if he could find the problem, instead of panicking like everyone else.
Techno felt somewhat happy. He had managed to sneak up without anyone noticing, as it seemed. The panicking, to him seemed somewhat pointless, as instead of people doing anything to help alleviate the situation, or reduce the chances of it happening, they were screaming. If they weren't doing that, they were yellign instructions at each other, which no-one seemed to be following. Spirit was doing neither, and sat in the middle with a slightly bemused expression on his face, fiddling with a very small generator. Finding a dark coloured shuttle nearby, Techno put down the tesseract, and began to get to work. Techno started on this by removing the manifold cover. He removed a nest from the inside of the turbine, grabbed a large barrel and got to work. Within minutes, the shuttle was more or less in pieces. All of the aviation fuel was inside the barrel, and the fuel tank was lying on its side. The engines were lying all over the side of the runway. In the nest, the eggs began to hatch. The chassis of the plane seemed intact, until the wings fell off with a loud crash into the runway.
Finishing the last crumbs of the scone, the_j was heading towards Spirit's room, to find him when he heard a loud crash outside, followed by a slight tremor. Since his shuttle was the only thing on the runway, or near it, he ran.
The_j went outside to find most of his beloved shuttle in pieces. He found what appeared to be a humanoid figure tinkering at the remains of it, wearing silver armor, that appeared slightly blackened, and as most rational people would, he assumed that his shuttle had been blown up by Techno. The_j charged. "WHAT THE BLOODY HECK DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOI-" The rest of his pleasant words were suddenly cut off. The_j's mouth continued to move, but no sound came out. He simply stopped speaking, as it appeared futile in this strange area. He just sat there, feeling very confused and bewildered, when a bright orange ball of fluff waddled towards him. It squeaked a little, and hopped on the_j's knee. Upon closer inspection, the_j could see that this little bird resembled a duck, but did not look like any duck he had met before. It blinked its four eyes at him and coughed up an ember. The_j brushed the ember off and took a closer look at the point where he had been quite literally rendered speechless. He could see a pale line there, but at a quick glance, the line appeared to be a part of the concrete.
Techno was busy working. He rummaged around inside the tesseract and pulled out a wrench, and a welder. Despite being able to create a tool, Techno never felt like that was the right way to do something. He preferred to have a solid tool to work with, for multiple reasons. He pulled out an impossibly large sheet of a white metal from the tesseract and grabbed the welder. There was a lot to do, and almost no time to do it.
Spirit was still wondering how to make everyone calm down a good deal. They had appeared to calm down before, but the squeak of a chair had set everyone else off again. He had it. He picked up the firelight lantern that someone had the initiative to light, at least, and slowly concentrated his will upon the flame inside it.
The_j was still having fun with the funny little bird. He then started feeding it little bits of the roll he had in his knapsack. he was very soon pursued by around 3 orange balls of fluff, all running after him at top speed, which, was actually quite slow.
Techno was almost done. Now all he had to do was put everything back together more or less the way it was before, though with a bit of variation. About an hour later, Techno decided to take a break. He looked around and saw the_j being purseud by a number of small orange objects. He looked down at the nest beside his paws and helped a small red bird out of its egg. He fed it a drop of aviation fuel, and let it run amok for a while inside the old fuel tank. Other than the odd explosion as the bird ran into the aviation fuel, it semed to enjoy being singed. He turned around, having taken a small break, and began attaching a few things. He still had a bit to go, but he was almost done. After welding the engines on and wiring them up to the controls, Techno just had to grab some glass, a bit of fuel, and it should be ready to fly, though being a bareboned shuttle. Tech then had an idea on how to make the shuttle follow a similar colour scheme to its old one. All he needed was a bit of this a bit of that, and a mass source of heat, which only Spirit could provide, or an explosion. Techno decided on the latter, and began to hammer the biunoctium plates into place. Once that was done, all that was needed was nmost of the soot from the ground, which was speedily applied, and an explosion. The fuel tank, and a remaining bit of wing should have been able to protect him against that much, Techno surmised. He then picked up the barrel, emptied its contents all over the shuttle, hid inside the fuel tank, lit a match and threw it outside.
The_j was going to look at what Techno was up to when he was knocked over by an explosion. He got up, and was almost bowled over a second time by a multitude of fluffy orange birds. He got up and looked at his plane, but he had to quickly look away, as it was glowing with a fierce intensity.
Techno unpacked himself from the tank, making sure to not hurt the little bird when he did so. It was unharmed, and seemed more energetic than ever. He let it go after its kin, and sat down for a bit. He was covered head to paw in Soot. Techno dusted himself off, and assumed a more human form, for the sake of it. He checked on the plane, and satisfied, he just sat back, and waited as the rain fell.
Inside the bunker, Spirit picked up a shot-glass of spirits, emptied it into the flame, and whirled the explosion around himself for a split seond, allowing it to pass. This was almost immediately followed by a loud explosion that knocked the dust off the ceiling, and sent a palpable shockwave through the entire bunker. Everyone went quiet and started at Spirit. That was better he thought, and started getting everyone organised, commanding each and every one of them to a different task.
Once the quick shower was over, The_j looked at what he expected to be the charred remains of his shuttle. It was not so. What was left bore similarity to his shuttle, except that it appeared to have no wings, was flatter and appaered to have no engines. Techno opened the hatch, motioned for the_j to go inside and picked up the birds, taking them along.
The_j jumped, expecting a ledge. There was no such thing, and he fell a foot before getting up and rubbing his head. Techno peeped down, checked the floor and simply appeared there. The door closed behind them, and Techno tossed the_j a pair of sunglasses, telling him to take it for a flight. Exploring the rest of the craft could wait. What was noticeable, though was that the craft was far deeper than it seemed, and it had an unusual visual quality about it. The_j ignored this fact, and went to the control room, putting on his sunglasses as he did so. It was perhaps a good idea. He was met with blank all around, then as he sat down in the set and put his hands on the controls, information started scrolling through the goggles, showing diagnostics of the engiens, the current reactor status, and all that. Stunned, the_j put the sunglasses in his pocket, and watched as the glass came to life with the same information. Doing some pre-flight checks, the_j noticed that there was no harness, he shrugged and activated the engines. The engines came to life with a roar, which died down seconds after startup. The diagnostics that the_j could see told him all he needed to know and he took off.
OOC: The_j, there you go, a not-TARDIS. :3 Also, these little birds may or may not be pheonixes, but they have a lot of growing up to do. Right, then. I'll see what you think.
