WORKS NOW
No idea what happened, I went to work last night and the launcher is up and running this morning. Everything booted up fast, no problems. Maybe the servers were down. Eh, oh well. Thanks!

Just moved my PC to a new house/internet setup. I wasn't sure if that was the cause or not. Firewall is off, regular minecraft runs fine. Reinstalled Java, MC and FTB cleanly. FTB Launcher takes a good 30 seconds to load now, and sits at 'Please wait while the mods are being loaded...'

I have a problem that says Network is unreachable: connect: java.net.SocketException: Network is unreachable: connect. It won't download anything and I can't go to paste bin because it says Network is unreachable: connect.

hello, well, I'm trying to connect to the launcher or downloads to the server but I can not google says it can not-find the download page, the launcher can not connect it says it can not connect to creeeperepo[DOUBLEPOST=1386235173][/DOUBLEPOST]
I recently tried downloading the ftb client and the console will say the following;

I can have the ftb launcher open but when I launch the jnew direwolf20 pack the launcher just closes. I have downloaded the files, i checked at download locations. I have used all the prior packs so im sure i did it right but i cant seem to get it to work this time. I run ftb as adminstrative so im pretty sure my firewalls are not stopping it. any ideas? im pretty sure this is the right thread for this my internet connection is good i can play a friends private server on minecraft forge but we are starting dw pack now and he got on bit i cant.
