in this thread, why is the changelog different from the changelog on the main site? ( http://feed-the-beast.com/site/ )
Also. will it have Thaumcraft? because i dont see them in either of the changelogs.

That's an unofficial port. Since Krapht is updating his original version, I doubt that one will be used instead of it.

I didnt include any changelogs on the main site or this post so i'm not 100% sure what you mean if you are getting a change log confused with a mod list then thaumcraft will not be in the initial release because its not ready yet

At this time it is a No, Unless it is ready which it may not. The mods in the list are 100% but that doesn't mean others that complete will not be added.
