I remember reading on the MCForums that comes down to an issue with iChun Utils along with the other two mods. I'm using Optifine C8 right now (with the aforementioned fix) and I'm not having this problem at all.

Is there are version of that Optifine FML fix that's just a regular zip file? I can't run 7zip... :\
That's because your not looking at things correctly. What the crashlog means is that IF you crash and it involves TiCo then the developer will not provide support until you uninstall optifine and get the crash again. It's not causing a crash as Optifine seems perfectly fine enough causing it's own crashes without mods causing them for it.
Just get atlaincher. I have the exact same mod list that is in the dw20 1.6.4 pack and no issues with optifine. Also atlauncher takes you to the site of the download that is recommend for the mod tp be used.

Who is this "Optician" you speak of? I haven't see anyone called that on this topic.
Could you be a bit clearer so people can understand you better? Mainly about the:

What he is trying to say is that there is a modpack similar to the DW20 pack for 1.6.4 on the ATLauncher, and that you could try using it as an alternative. As for the "atlauncher takes you to the site of the download that is recommend" this confuses me completely.
You can customize your mod pack before downloading. Instead of the download server containing a set list of mods that may be out dated versions. While the launcher is downloading the mods certain mods they have on the download server will direct you to the recommended link for the version of the mod based upon the compatibility with the other mods you chose to put in the pack. By the way the mod pack is called solitary craft

No you don't need it on the server :3. If you do it'll crash. Optifine just speeds up your game client-side and not server-side.
For people who still can't use Optifine, even with the FML patch - it's probably caused by WorldCore, which is included by Biomes 'O Plenty. It's been documented here:

So go to MODPACKNAMEHERE\minecraft\mods\1.6.4 and delete the "WorldCore-universal-1.6.4-1.1.0.5.jar" file. Then start Minecraft. The file gets redownloaded during the launch process, so you're not breaking anything, but this causes enough of a delay for Optifine to initialize right.
Now someone figure out how to make Horizons work with Minecrift.

it seems to have worked for me on C8, I can load optifine along the other mods just fine without any serious incompatibilities or anything
