You need to pick them up then place them in a crafting table and craft them into the new conduits and ducts then place them back down.

UPDATE: I forgot to mention I had disabled Modular Power Suits from the pack, but had forgot to disable numina along with it. Disabling numina has seemed to resolve the issue.

Whats the bug? Placed a Thermal Expansion 'Energetic Infuser' connected to power, upon r-click/interaction client crashes.

Whats the bug? I placed a Magma Dynamo beside a Redstone Energy conduit and a Fluiduct and looked in the gui and i crash
Can it be repeated? yeah every time i look into the gui

Side note: I have recrafted all Thermal expansion ducts and machines after the update and none of the conduits are sending power and the Energy cell is not filling up... I might be doing something wrong though

check the gui of the energy cell. blue dots = input, orange = output, yellow = no connection... default only the bottom of the cell is input.
Yeah i know that... i keep having to break and replace one of the conduits then the machines start filling up with power again...

Whenever i try open direwolf20 it always stop at that code, and says unexpected end of ZLIB stream, always after adding map 11. ive tried disabling railcraft but that didnt work. half a second before it crashed tonnes of red and yellow code spams my console, but i cant pastebin it quick enough

Whats the bug? MYSTCRAFT Using portals or books seems to crash the server, not the client. This seems to happen when using a hub and moving quickly from one Age to another, found this out when creating a Cart system between Nether and Mining Age.
Can it be repeated? Yes
Known Fix: Keeps crashing the server, will try and find out a fix soon

Aslong as you have made sure you have picked them back up into your inventory to get the new block from the update, and to get the whitelist, blacklist etc fliter you need to upgrade the pipe. Do this by right clicking a 'pneumatic servo' onto the pipe that will upgrade it
It was an update I think to nerf the pipe becuase it was a bit too op for a easy to build item
