I am having the same issue, but I have tried to resolve the issue myself. I have had no success. My computer is brand new with 1 TB hard drive and 6 GB memory. Everything is showing it is working on my computer and that I have plenty of memory. I also have Windows 7 64 bit and have downloaded the correct Java to go with it. Still the launcher options tab will only allow me to to allocate 1GB or lower to the game. I have tried redownloading everything and still now fix.

Whats the bug?: After placing an industrial steam engine on a redstone energy conduit,the client crashes.
Can it be repeated?: Yes,every time i login to the server even after restarting it

Whats the bug? After recrafting the different conduits (lead, hardened and redstone), the different conduits no longer connect and will only connect to the same type.
Can it be repeated? Yes.

Whats the bug? openperipheral does return the wrong stuff when getting the value's out of the table returned by: getTankInfo() this is possibly caused by using an outdated versino of openperipheral that still uses the liquid system and forge that now uses the fluid system

Whats the bug? Can not get anything out of the tesseracts, but i can put things into them. So receiving works, sending does not.
Secondly, not sure if it's a bug or intended, but i can't access the fluiducts GUI anymore.

Edit: It's not a tesseract issue, but a fluiduct issue. Extraction does not work. Checking now to see if the itemducts have the same issue.
Edit 2: If i don't set the fluiduct to extract from the tesseract, it does work. That is, no arrow pointing out from the tesseract.
Edit 3: Due to a change in 9b, it requires a pneumatic servo to be attached to access the gui. Adding the servos resolved the problem.

Whats the bug? Right-clicking (with tool or open hand) on a magma dynamo opens GUI, then crashes. Steam Dynamo seems to work; can't test Compression Dynamos. Crash log seems to suggest opening an unknown container.
Can it be repeated? Yes.

Whats the bug?: After recrafting (in crafting table) and replacing all my energy conduits system still wasnt accumulating energy in the Hardened energy cell. I disconnected all output still no energy input and my steam dynamos had max stored energy.
Can it be repeated? well err not after I replaced the Dynamo
Known Fix: The issue was the hardened energy cell, it would accept energy from a dynamo directly (i picked it up and moved it so it did enter my inventory) but not from the new conduits. I cheated in a new Hardened energy cell and that worked.

Whats the bug? When moving to a previously created mystcraft world, the primary AE system is unable to communicate with its peripherals. Upon returning I have to remove and place the controller again, for them to be able to communicate again.
The small secondary remain operational. I do see a lot of errors when entering and leaving "overworld" and another world as shown in the pastebin spoiler. Update: While i don't have an issues in the overworld (thusfar), traveling to a a different mystcraft world triggers the same issue again. Now it's only the MFR machines that seem to be the cause of this issue.
Can it be repeated? Yes.
Known Fix: None found yet. Placing a chunkloader also didn't solve the problem. Entering the promised land has the same issue. Entering a newly created world does not cause any problems, neither does entering "the nether" or "the twilight forest"
Updating to industrialcraft-2_2.0.333-experimental.jar, seems to have resolved most issues thusfar.
Edit: After removing all electrical engines, it still happens that the AE system bugs out. Even without moving to a different world, the powercrystal errors still remain though, so i am going to be re-adding them and see if that fixes it.

Whats the bug? Right-clicking (with tool or open hand) on a squeezer and fermenter causes a crash. Still seems to be working correctly. Crash report suggest it's being cast wrong?

For your issue (mainly the second one) - is this after you've applied a pneumatic servo? With the Direwolf20 1.0.4 update (Thermal Expansion b9e) - you have to make a pneumatic servo and "attach" it to a pipe that you want to use the GUI on. In version b8, you could just access the GUI without applying a servo.
Also - they changed the default redstone control of pipes that you might need to change with servos.
b8 - Pipes are default to "always on" so they will extract items/fluids with no outside influence.
b9e - Pipes are default to "require signal" so they will not extract unless they have a redstone signal. You can change it back to "always on" but you have to apply a servo to access the GUI.

Whats the bug? - Hardened Energy Conduits are able to be crafted using an apple and a stick(shapeless recipe)
Can it be repeated? - Yes as it is currently a recipe for the Hardened Energy Conduit

Whats the bug? After Placing a commercial steam engine connected to a fluiduct the game crashed for everyone on the server. The server seems to be able to keep running, although every 2 seconds it spits out http://pastebin.com/PhSwCea7 in the console and we cant acces the server.
Can it be repeated? Not in singleplayer, cant acces the server

Update: After deleting the steam engine in world edit the server is accesible again. And i can place commercial steam engines in the same place as before without a crash.

Whats the bug?: When I placed down the arcane bore and tried to activate it, it causes a crash. and now I cannot load up the server without it causing to crash while its loading up. So now I cant play!

Whats the bug? The conduits do not connect anymore.
