I don't care about my troops, I attack alone, remember I have 99% of Chest's Godmode, this allows me to survive to a black hole. I use my DNA to clone troopers that have 99% of Chest's Godmode to continue my attacks

The chest sits there and ignores you as its not in the mood for squashing insects. The Synth Troopers eventually run out of ammo/get bored, quit and head off to the pub. They're not coming back.
Eventually the chest wonders over and sits by you, watching the sunset and contemplating the futility of life.

I make the chest watch the Yogscast.

sadly enough @RealKC's soul is already pulled towards the black forest and is currently trapped in the roots of trees there which suck all leftover energy out of him, just like all souls that have left the body because it died.

I ignore the chest and focus on more important things

Chests are transparent blocks and therefore don't transmit a redstone signal. Nothing happens. Also, this chest apparently can't be opened, so the "trapped" designation really doesn't mean much.

I set off the TNT in a more direct manner.

I go to the Mighty Etho and say how awesome he is and ask him: "When will you do that colab with dw20?"

I set up a ReactorCraft plasma injector (aka fusion death ray), aim it at the chest, and turn it on.

The chest's powers are nerfed somewhat, although it can still control which ones are nerfed when.

I take a crowbar and try to jam it into the space underneath the chest's lid.
