Because why not.

To answer the above question (I refuse to quote people who post immediately above a reply) english was originally a runic script and technically a West Germanic language. It's really AMAZINGLY easy to read runes if you can read English, thus I'm really bad at "being secret". Example that Tolkien (a Professor of linguistics) used: Mordor = morðor = "murder" in Old English (or Anglo-Saxon if you prefer).

Why do all the Ghasts keep calling me a muddafukka?

(Apologies to mods if this offended the usual MC demographic, but people are aware that's what they're saying... right?!?!?)

Because not many have figured out the difference between the artificial hand and the organic one.

Why are many of the active forumites here listed in my headcrumbs config (non default)?

Because you keep putting crumbs on their heads.

See, from the tone of this I feel like I've done something wrong, but I don't know what :\ I use quotes to make sure that my replies are unambiguous - I often reply to more than one person, so I've got into the habit of making sure its clear what I'm replying to, but... am I making faux pas with that?

And for my silly question: what do you call a fly with no wings?

Because they're confused - but they might drop oak apples (aka oak gall), a product of gall wasp larvae.
(or because Minecraft is confused ;))

What should a reasonable adult do to do a tall block tower. Extra pts awarded for creativity

Place ladders against it, climb up the tower, pick up the top block, bring it down and place it on the ground. Repeat until the tower is less than 3m high.
That height isn't safe, you know. And adults aren't creative.

How much wood would a wood chuck chuck if a wood chuck could chuck would?

If it could chuck would, it would chuck the would out of that sentence, giving

How much wood a wood chuck chuck.

And the answer would be at least one block.

How much wood would a wood chunk chunk?

Are we going to put a human on Mars within this century, and if we do, will anyone believe it?

It's called an impersonation, right?

No, and yes. :p

Is that a gun in your pants or are you just happy to see me?

Yes. :D

Is a zebra black with white stripes, or white with black stripes?

It's called an impersonation, right?
Absolutely, impersonation is probably a better word in fact. I don't know if this is just me, but I think of an impression as a vague attempt to sound like someone, and an impersonation as a genuine effort to duplicate their sound and mannerisms. I might be wrong though!
