Granted. You then accidentally initiate a Class-ZK End of the Universe scenario when you go back in time to give yourself the time machine.

I wish I could stay home instead of going to school.
 
You stay at home, but you have a sick sibling who also must stay at home. The sibling then passes on the disease to you, and you have to spend 6 months in a hospital, only living due to life support machines.

I wish this tree would mutate already.
 
Granted. It mutates into a giant enemy tree that spawns Superwisps (wisps with 500 health and that deal 20 damage a hit, and can hit you from 25 blocks away), as well as pouring massive amounts of flux into the environment.

I wish for fish.
 
Granted. But it grow legs and arms and spawn machineguns out of nowhere and massacre your entire family and friends.
I wish to have a girlfriend.

She is even stunning, smart, obsessed with you and will never leave your side.
Unfortunately she hates you with such passion that she intentionally spends all your money, gets you in debt, sleeps with everyone -except you- including people of such hideousness you consider she is a circus trawler, wakes you in the middle of the night with a punch to the face, urinates inside your computer -yes even removing coverings beforehand- and spreads malicious rumours about your "substandard equipment", "poor performance", "bedroom habits which are so past freaky that manson would look at you with horror", and also various diseases.

I wish I could jump back time by 24 hours at will, and that the travel was easy, did not disturb reality or harm anyone, could be repeated at any time by me alone, was interlinked with gravity to make sure I travelled to the same spot I was standing on (so I wouldn't just be left in space when earth moved backwards a day)..... And it tickled briefly.
 
Granted. When you first jump back, you rematerialise, bisected by a car.

I wish I could finish my main series of levels in LittleBigplanet(2).
 
You finish the series, but then creepers find their way into your world and turn it into ashes. Even the metal and stone are destroyed.

Granted, all living beings go extinct, now there is no more hunger in the world.

I wish there were more NPC/ Villager-based mods.
 
Granted you spawn into a wall of the extra village and a NPC villager kills you with a shot gun
