Seems like an multipart crash, try setting

B:removeErroringTileEntities=false

to true in the forge.cfg file

Hmmm, try replacing the forgemultipart.jar in "/mods/1.7.10"
with the latest from here: http://files.minecraftforge.net/ForgeMultipart/
