In other unobtanium news, I've managed to trade with a Forestry villager for Giant Sequoia saplings. Putting the 4x4 and gigantic traits on other trees was not as impressive. :(

I'm still looking for my Agricraft villager, but I did get a Forestry villager - might have to chuck a few emeralds his way.

(Is anyone else mildly disturbed by the fact that Tinker's Construct villagers only ever want 'Landmines'? )

I think I have the Pam's Villager, But I was surprised to get the shimmerleaf seeds from him for 25 emeralds and 5 regular seeds. These villagers are GREEDY vilagers. The thing with the Shimmerleaf seeds is that it requires a silverwood log nearby, How do I get Silverwood and greatwood saplings.

They're from Agricraft, they pick random seeds from the seed list and then charge between 20 and 64 emeralds + some seeds. So, so greedy. I'm still on the lookout for some taint root seeds, I must've gone through a hundred of these guys already. You'll get silverwood and greatwood saplings as a quest reward.

Hi, recently made a private server with friends and i was wondering if there is a way to get an island per player?
I doubt that there is an actual way to do this, but you could just spend a bit of time in creative, figure out what's on the island from the start, and then build each player an island. Might not be the most efficient, but it'd work.

I believe something like MCEdit could be used to copy/paste the islands into the map.

Yes both of those are viable options. you can use an angel block from Extra utitlities it can be "Plopped" anywhere even in mid air. from those you can build with platform, MC edit, and ~~setblock commands (as long as you started the server with cheats enabled.) Otherwise make a jet pack and use an angel block.

If your running Cauldron or another Jar that supports Plugins, you'd most likely be able to generate the island using a Skyblock plugin.

Im having trouble getting EnderIO Item conduit to pull combs out from the industrial apiaries. I have basic item filters installed, modified by extra utilities filters. Settings are as follows. Extract on the green channel. Ignore red stone, Item conduit runs into a Tessaract set on Item send. The conduit input there is set to Insert green channel with two extra utillites filters that match the extracted type (working on one type at a time). In the storage area the Tessaract is set to extract with an exact matching filter setup to the input type. The EnderIO pipe from that point runs to what will be a barrel setup for storage. Settings are for insert on the green channel. but nothing seems to be working. Below are images of settings.

Extract Settings Apiary . http://prntscr.com/9sccoo
Tessaract insert settings http://prntscr.com/9scd5f
Settings are Redstone Ignored
Items send only
Insert filter 1 http://prntscr.com/9scdwi
Insert filter 2 http://prntscr.com/9sce4n

Tesseract Extract settings http://prntscr.com/9scefj Insert filters are the same as they are above.
Settings are Redstone ignored,
Items receive only.

Had issues of this nature myself when playing. I ended up learning how to use item ducts and servos. While this is of course an issue that needs to be addressed I would suggest using item ducts until it's resolved.

@ Arcanus *yuck* that means a full redesign and layout for my bee area. Im still trying to figure out which servo to use. I haven't been able to find one that will work without a high redstone signal. And I cant get the Pneumatic servos to go into the hardened and resonant servos. I thought you were supposed to be able to just right click them in. as long as you have servos in your hand. Thanks for the response.

@Vanewolf29 Probably wrong, but I believe the Resosant Servo works with high redstone signal. This is based off mucking around on Project Ozone last night. When playing BeeHappy I also used a lot more ExU item ducts than I would normally use so you could attempt to use those for transportation into a sorting system then sort from chests into a barrel or a ME system. I ended up having a ME system for bee's (Filing Cabinets lagged me), and another ME system for the holding of items.

Itemducts and servos have undergone a redesign - pneumatic servos aren't needed at all except in certain crafting recipes (mostly augments). Your basic servo is two iron nuggets, two iron ingots, a piece of glass and a piece of redstone

Nug|Glass|Nug
Iron|Reds|Iron

(Fear my ASCII crafting grid.)

Any servo can be set to take no signal (which is how all of mine are set), low signal, or high signal. Place the servo by clicking on the spot where the itemduct enters the thing you're pulling from, then click again to open the GUI for whitelisting/blacklisting. The redstone tab in the upper right will let you set the activation criteria.

I couldn't get all those images to load. Is using ExU filters in EnderIO conduits a thing? All I saw it do was filter on the ExU filters. :) Using EnderIO filters should be all you need. If your ultimate target is barrels, there shouldn't be a need for filters or sorting at all.. If you take out the ExU filters, do the conduits start working?

Unless I'm mistaken the filters being shown are the ender IO filters.

@Arcanuo I was using Extra utilities filters inside the EnderIO filters. The nice thing about the Extra utilities filters is that they are ghosts. ( you create one filter) and can use it multiple times. And they will work to modify almost any existing filter..

@rivvest if you are on a desktop, they should open new windows or tabs.

My bad, wasn't aware you could do that. Very cool!

@Arcanuo Yep ,those Extra Utilities filters are nice. They will even work in Buildcraft pipes (like the diamond ones) Take transfer nodes for example. If you are using a transfer pipe system. and in the very middle of the array there is a single Filter pipe in the middle. According the wiki "Once configured the Item Filter may be inserted into another Filter to create advanced behaviours or used in a Node." The filters can also stack within themselves. For So even though a transfer pipe has only 6 slots (Up, Down, Left Right,Forward and backward) you can place and Item filter in each slot to give it a sort capability of 9 items per slot. Then I may be mistake here, but you can add other filters to the one you just put in for a total of 81. (Im not sure why you would want to do this. Maybe if you had some kind of really screwed up world gen, (Like having all the mods use their own ores.. AND had GregTech installed... Orrrr had a massive ultra complicated system of Industrial Apiaries..with every type of bee in the game.. running to a system of centrifuges and auto packers that fed finally into a Super Soaryn Drive AE2 system. (just saying)

Okay, its been a long time since I really used Tessaracts. (I played with them a little way back in 1.4.5) They used to be different (items, power, fluid) but now they can do it all with one recipe. When I get everything running right, Im going to want to pull out the nuggets and combs, and the extra bees. So here are a couple of other questions.

If I configure a servo with filters to pull everthing from an apiary(with an automation upgrade),when the queen dies will it suck them out before the apiary resets? I dont care if there isn't a drone in the slot.

I know transfer pipes are pretty fast. So do I need to make filter pipes (easy to do) to do the sorting or will the items find their way to the proper inventory (as long as the filter is set in the transfer node on the receiving tessaract?
