It appears that the fix to the problem is to either update the server config, or the distributed config so they match, which is easier to do on there end.
 
I will upload my current config folder, drop that in and you should be good.[DOUBLEPOST=1377265834][/DOUBLEPOST]

Sorry if the tone was harsh :) It has been a busy morning already for me. I appreciate the help and yes I know we are walking a fine line. I have a lot of respect for the mod devs and dont want to do anything to harm them.

It just occurred to me that if the server config was the problem, there would be a ton of other issues, which made me think the download was the problem. xD

Yes just I had an old client side config in the share is all. I have been testing so many mods and versions it can be messy. I had to remove AE for now as it crashes the server due to an IC2 bug.
 
I got a problem it says i need forge version 9.10.0.840 witch i assume i have installed wtf
 
Did you use the new automated installer? Just make sure that you have the recommended version for 1.6.2.
 
I have no idea what i am doing i used the link and done everything from dire's video but it still says i need that version .... idk what to do
 
He may have had a link to an older version in his video I can't look right now, But if you google Minecraft forge you should be a able to find it.
 
The file i use is forge 9.10.0.842 and when i load MC it says i need this version to play .... and i have forge installed couse i log with forge profile but it still says i need that version
 
There must be some issue with that build. I am actually using 829 still and its working. Did you add any more client side mods in?
 
I can get up to the loading to get on the server but it freezes :(

:S It says i need forge multipart version: Any.

I'm quite sure there is a fmp 1.0.0.125 in the mods folder.
