Ah okay. Are you able to run other 1.6.4 packs like Direwolf20 or Monster? I've had some users report success with using optifine and/or the vanilla launcher to build a Sleepless Horrors-compatible pack that functions on older computers.

Download a server pack for the same version of minecraft your pack uses. Delete the config/mods folders and replace them with the ones from your pack. Now delete any client side only mod, things like inventory tweaks, minimaps, optifine, etc. Run the bat/sh and there you go.

Not all packs have tinkers, or turtles for that matter. But fences are really easy to make lots of and put down regardless of what one is using.

What kind of crash is it? Can you post the log to pastebin?

Too easy mode is exactly that. It affects the recipes not at all. You have to grind through the config files to adjust everything or search the forums for an easier config.
