You could install Single Player commands or use "cheats". You can turn that on by world generation settings (Before you created the world) or open to lan and allow cheats.

Infamy Warfare is on the Feed the Beast Launcher. You can play on the official Infamy server in the server list.

I'm the exact same way except I played WoW and Everquest for 30 minutes and got bored. I also can't play games that makes you grind for items, I have to play new content every time I can't do the same mission over and over into I get [Item goes here].

I'm not new to modded Minecraft, just tech mods :P

As long I been here (three months) I have yet to touch a tech styled FTB modpack. Normally I would play something like World of Farmcraft, New World, and Magic Farm. I don't know how to use any of the mods in tech styled modpacks, how did you learn to use them?
