Why don't people like IC2 anymore?

Speaking of early ore doubling, usually one of my first crafts is the AE quartz grinder. Love that thing. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk

Windows .exe Unable To Launch Any Modpack

JDK stands for Java Developers Kit, I think. You might want to try removing that and using the Java JRE instead (Java Runtime Environment). Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk

Windows .exe Unable To Launch Any Modpack

Google suggests that "something has been done with the Java policies." This may be indicative of the solution you need to follow: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/18754243/securityexception-even-after-replacing-crypto-policy-jars

After crashing playing direwolf20 mod pack, my world disappeared

You're welcome. I think that last may just be due to changes in BoP/ATG, if you're using either.

My apologies, I shall refrain from further cleverness on your behalf.

Apparently, totte, the answer is "We're not sure" - why don't you check the configs yourself?

    ME Network and cross-mod ores

I'm not sure on that, I always used a Forge Lexicon, not a Unifier... but I was under the impression that even as dusts, ore processing relies on the machine you use, or if done in the crafting grid tends to default to the first entry in Forge. I believe the Unifier would work that way, but if...

Why don't people like IC2 anymore?

The fundamental difference there is, the induction smelter, magma crucible and liquid transposer are all useful in their own right. The plate bender.... is used for bending plates. It exists exclusively as an intermediate step, which makes it utterly unnecessary except to extend the process...

Is Ore processing and sorting disappearing?

I think what he was trying to say was something along the lines of "Hate the player, not the game." Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk

I do not believe there is such a thing... although there may be modules for it in Engineer's Toolbox, if memory serves. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk

Why don't people like IC2 anymore?

I mostly like the quantum for its utility. I'd happily wear nano or less if it were just protection. After a certain point though, I get sick of having to surface for air every five seconds. I get tired of slowly walking across my rather large base. I get frustrated with having to go to...

Is Ore processing and sorting disappearing?

I've gotta say, MCKerrnel, I try my best to see everyone's viewpoint from their perspective and allow as to how everyone does see things differently, but I find myself disagreeing with everything you're saying, and the tone you're saying it with, and I was trying to find a way to put that into...

Are you even playing with Morph? I wasn't aware it was included in any FTB pack. That being said, if you are, you probably need to edit your world config to allow flight. But I don't really know any mod that's not in the pack.

Why don't people like IC2 anymore?

It can, but it's not really meant for that; you don't exactly get accuracy. There are plenty of mods with remote block breaking. What I continue to love about the mining laser is its range, accuracy and versatility.

    ME Network and cross-mod ores

I used to make a habit of converting everything before inserting it in the system, but the quick answer is usually to make sure that you run all of your material processing through a single mod and keep your patterns locked to the materials from that mod. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
