    Just a heads up for JSTR, not all of our textures are converted to 1.5, and the ones that are converted, are very buggy.

    I'm not sure what modpack you're using, but it would be something like this: \folder1\FTB_Folder\ultimate(or whatever pack you're using)\minecraft\mods\GregTech.zip Then from there, \GregTech.zip\GregTechMod\textures\blocks.png

    It's not as simple as "formatting" for 1.5. You have to go into the main sprite sheet, get the exact dimensions, crop it, create a new png, import the texture from the sprite sheet, save it, name it, and put it in the correct location. It doesn't seem like much, as each textures takes 2-3...

    Try downloading a different version of SEUS shaderpacks. For example, try RC6 instead of RC7.

    Have you tried it without a texture pack? I'm not sure what we might have in Johnsmith that would do that, but it's always worth a try. Either that, or you can turn off custom water.

    I believe those are just recolored versions of the water found in the terrain.png, I may be wrong though.

    Liquid dyes are from Forestry. They're found at gfx/forestry/items/liquids.png

    I updated OP with updated links/instructions. My first time doing the update way, it worked with FTB launcher so you shouldn't need MultiMc anymore.

    Could you try using a different version of optifine? So, instead of using ultra, could you try it with multi-core?
