There's pink boxes because when we use older versions of mods, they don't have the vanilla textures for the current version of the mod, therefore there will be pink boxes. Which mod would that be?

I can understand you fine. You're better than some of the people who speak english fluently. Anyways, we will start fixing all of the current textures today, so within a few days, all of the current support we have for mods will be bug-free (hopefully)

Are you using the latest, 1.4.2 version of the texture pack?

We originally had randomobs, but that and CTM was really buggy. We're definitely thinking about it.

Are you talking about the recipe screen, where it shows you the recipe for certain machines? And also, which GUI scale are you using? If it's anything less than the second largest, you're going to have a problem with all texture packs, especially this one since a lot of the items/blocks are...

I see what you mean, I'll see if glow (my co-author) or I can come up with something that doesn't look out of place. Most mods are updated to the most current release. If for some reason something isn't textured, just send me a shout with what version mod you are using, and what isn't textured.
