The problem is they are now seemingly randomly assigned when the world is created, so even if you use the exact same mod pack with no updates or changes, the IDs on one saved game may be completely different from any other saved game.

The only thing you can do in 1.7.x is go into creative mode or put NEI into cheat mode & cheat the items in.

BC quarries have never been auto-chunk loading. Either make a chunk loader or switch to an ender quarry.

Even with fluid & item conduits, I think the sides have to be configured as either input or output before they will connect.
