Since the update that I just did, I went on my server and now my Ender Quarry isnt working, I've used this same method 10+ times now and I moved it to a new location, and I hook up my tessuract as same as usual and the ender quarry loads a few blocks and it just stops. I have power, it's on the same channel, all I'm doing is putting the tessuract on top, recieving power and sending items. I've tried more methods to try to get the ender quarry loading, but nothing is happening. If anyone can help me that would be great!

It might help if you told us which version of the pack you are using & what you just updated. Not too long ago there was an update to the rf api that broke compatibility between mods that kept up with the changes & mods that didn't have an update out at the time. Sounds like you might be hitting that kind of situation.
Ok so as far as I know quarries cannot except power from the top and they need something with an inventory (like a chest) on top answer from said inventory you can pump it into a tesseract
