What does YOUR Power Room look like?

Your minimap looks really cool. Like it's a base hidden in a forest. Only thing that's missing from FTB is Flan's Mod for awesome and useful landing strips.

    Redstone signal smoother

I made a circuit similar to this for an old CASUC reactor a long time ago. Basically buckets of water would pass through an item detector and send a signal to reset a timer. If the timer was allowed to complete a rotation then the reactor shut off. I'm pretty sure it's nearly as simple as...

    Assistance with an Automated Boiler.

Thermal Expansion machines will automatically output to an inventory on a side configured as an output. Tubes and transposers/filters/etc. are not inventories, so your best bet is to use a relay.

How do you change mob sounds?

I've never tried this mod, but maybe it'll get you going in the right direction. http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1542510-146-audiotori-r3-cascading-sound-pack-manager/ I'm with you on the spiders. I would also delete the chest open/close sound. It is way too loud.

FTB Crashing when moving lava from Nether

I would suggest downloading a fresh server jar from the FTB launcher and patching that. No META-INF meddling is needed, either.

FTB Crashing when moving lava from Nether

Yup. Post 8309 if it doesn't scroll to it automatically. http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/918541-146-mystcraft-09500/page__st__8300#entry19884006

FTB Crashing when moving lava from Nether

I installed the patch on my server (with Forge 489) and the error disappeared. Didn't have to patch my clients. Of course the error will still exist in single player worlds unless you also patch your client.

Redpower: stopping backflow from going to the wrong place.

"It's not a bug, it's a feature!" :) But honestly, that's the way it's designed - items in Redpower tubes always travel to the nearest valid destination, or when they are backstuffing, to the nearest machine with an output that isn't already backstuffed. (Better than dropping items everywhere...

How to use the BT Engine as a Pluse Engine

I wish IC2 and BC energy networks could do this. My only complaint about Thermal Expansion is that I can't hide its conduits and I need one for every machine.

Swimming in BC energy - what to do with it?

I haven't tried it myself but I've seen suggestions before to turn that MJ production into EU by creating lava with magma crucibles and burning it in geothermal generators. Then at least when it's not in use, your combustion engines can indirectly power your end-game IC2 gear.

    Quick comment on Thermal Expansion

A structure pipe with a gate on it could detect when the machine needs energy, and output a signal to start the engine when necessary.

Redpower: stopping backflow from going to the wrong place.

I would suggest coloring tubes at both ends of a connection. For example, let's say the path for the humus starts at a filter. Set the filter to color its output yellow, and paint the tube directly behind it yellow. Then paint the humus's destination yellow. Repeat this process for every...

    Is there a machine?

The regulator may be able to do this, as long as the pipes insert items into the middle 3x3 buffer. Haven't tried it myself.
