    The problem is with the colossal chest mentioned in your log. Use mcedit to remove it or if it has a pipe connected to it then remove that and try.

    [Project Ozone 2 Reloaded] Nether doesn't generate as void

    The nether is not meant to be a void dimension is PO2. Also Project Ozone 2 is not an FTB modpack.

    Open World crashes immediately after loading

    The block causing the issue in on line #69 of your log. Use mcedit to remove the block. It is from the Extra Utilities 2 mod.

    Hermitpack crash

    Make sure you are using the latest java and also all drivers are up to date. The error mentions FTB Utilities in your log so you could try disabling that. Also remove optifine as it is not supported.

    SkyFactory 2.5 crashing

    Only the one that comes with the packs. It is because optifine causes rendering issues amongst other things. Also if you crash and optifine is present the first thing people will do is tell you to remove it. You said you get 60 to 100ps without optifine which is fine.

    You have modified the pack so no help unfortunately especially as the added mod is causing the issue. Contact the mod author.

    Dart craft never updated for 1.7.10 and there are other ways to fly in the pack e.g Angel Ring and Simply Jetpacks to name two and there are more. Also don't hijack other threads. Create your own one.

    Delete the launcher and install it on your c drive in say C:/ftb and try again. It may be because of the _ you have in your username. If you still crash then post a fresh log.

    Make sure you are using the latest java as you are currently using the one that comes with the vanilla launcher. Also make sure all drivers are up to date.

    You don't need chickenchunks anyway as the ftb utils mod can chunk load as well.

    60fps is enough though. I have mine capped at 60fps as you don't need any more for smooth gameplay.

    Sky Factory 3 Crash Report

    It is probably set to that because not everybody has 8gb or more ram available and curse may not check for that so a default of 3gb is what it sets it at. It is easy to change it in the settings anyway, so no real issue.
