Details of the issue it crashes before i can even load the title screen

You need to allocate a minimum of 4 gb of ram

I think OP already did that

My suggestion: disable forge's splash screen by editing file in config/splash.properties. Change "enabled=true" to "enabled=false"

did that and it helped but it stops midway on loading, and there is no crash report, but I hope this game output log will help

Make sure you are using the latest java as you are currently using the one that comes with the vanilla launcher. Also make sure all drivers are up to date.

no I mean the loading screen doesn't show, it only shows the Mojang logo, no progress bars for how much has loaded, and I would prefer to have the progress of how much has loaded show

You disabled progress bar to circumvent a bug you encountered earlier. How much RAM your machine have, how much is free when you start MC? Which GPU are you using? Does any modded MC pack work?

i did and it is still not working, crashing and not showing loading bar
