I'm not colorblind, but this sort of stuff is the reason I'm a total Lemming fangirl. I love that he puts so much time/thought into his mod, that it works SO well, and that he interacts with the community regularly.

It sounds like the warp plug in might work. Do you want them to be able to teleport to each other, or a specific spot? We used this: http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/easy-warp/ and it worked well. Admin just sets the warp points (like bases, or spawn or whatever) and everyone can use them.

Are you using the original generated configs, or the FTB generated configs? You might want to peek into your FTB configs (assuming you're not using those) and see what block ID's they have assigned. Might make it easier.

Ah, that makes sense. I didn't add IC2 Advanced Machines. You could use something like ID resolver. Some people swear by it, some people don't have much luck with it.

Mostly it's do it by hand. I made a word document listing mods and their id ranges, so it's pretty easy to find conflicts, but it took a good while. But what mod is it conflicting with? I used BoP in my pack and I don't remember having any id conflicts with it.

I believe that's an ID conflict. Check the IDs for Redpower and Ars Magica and change the one(s) that are the same.

Yeah, the server owner should be able to get you a copy of the configs he/she's using. There really is no other way to make sure they match up - it would be a guessing game. I'm surprised you don't have it already. I'd never push config changes without making sure everyone on my server has them.

Multi MC's interface is pretty good, IF you know where the mods are supposed to go, and understand core vs jar vs mod. But I use the folders myself.

It's really, really easy to use. It has a built in "import from FTB launcher" function. And if you have any questions, I'm happy to help.

You could always import Ultimate to MultiMc, and edit your mods that way. So if, in the future, you'd like to use Ultimate as is, you won't have to mess with or readd anything. I'd go with Ultimate simply because it would offer you the most choice/flexibility.

I never did use (or even know) the anvil thing. I love Soul Shards. I think a diamond per shard is entirely reasonable. Can't wait to play it!
