That happens to me, whenever I middleclick to sort a chest, or when I sort my inventory with inventorytweaks hotkey. I got used to it, to either move the books to the hotbar, inventory or chest before I let invtweaks sort. After that, I move them back. But yeah, it's annoying.

Try using a 64x or even 32x texturepack and see if that works. Yet, a 128x is quite the resourcehungry fiend - add that to the already 'bloated' MC of FTB and yes, TPs do indeed cause lag if your system is not powerful enough. Also, how much of those 8gb do you have in use / allocated to MC?

You mean in the nether? Or elsewhere? Anyway to prevent mob spawning, yes, vanilla slabs work - but more efficient (material-wise) are Redpower2 Microblock 'Covers' which have the same effect.

I seem to not be clear enough: I KNOW how to use the Omniwrench - it's just that it refuses to work with TE machines. Any combination of shift/alt/strg plus left/middle/right clicks only makes the machines rotate. Funny twist: The Crescent Hammer works as intended.

I know. That's how I pick up all other machines. Just the TE ones rotate, but don't drop. I wouldn't have asked if shift click worked as usual. ;)
