One thing I forgot to add is the wyvern capacitor that holds 80million rf and will charge anything taking rf that is in your hotbar. Also I think it charges wyvern armor while in armor slots.

You get more shiny from ferrous than gold using cinnabar, 100% chance. I don't see killing wither skeletons to get the skulls in your list. Have you tried taking on the Chaos Guardian yet?
