Nether ores gives nether quarry the edge. If you don't have an AE yet try upgraded barrels. Filtering junk to a trash can also helps a lot.

A max enderium turbine needs 34 blocks I believe. It will put out 24K rf/t. YouTube big reactor turbines and you will find everything you need to know.
