Plugins are not supported, FTB Utilities should cover most of what you are after.

Those modes are already on the roadmap for Beyond. Quest book/mod is extremely unlikely though, although nothing is set in stone yet.

You need to be allocating at least 4GB of RAM for our 1.10.x+ packs to work, the 2GB you are currently allocating is not enough.

The version of Thaumic Energistics you have does not work with the version of AE2 you have, so disable/remove it.

Try reinstalling the pack, the error you are getting appears to show that you don't have the correct config files.

Are you using an nVidia graphics card, if yes, are the drivers up to date? You are most likely missing servers.dat because you haven't set up any servers in your client.

Could be almost anything, but prime suspect is sponge. If there was a full list of mods in the log it might be possible to make a more educated guess, but that is all it is, guesswork.

It's entirely possible you have v13 of the launcher which does have some FPS/performance issues. It's possible that you just need to update the launcher.

There is a problem loading a block at 93,251,-88. Your best bet is to restore a backup, or attempt to remove the block via MCEdit. It's possible the entire chunk/region is corrupted though
