That is indeed me. There is, however, a difference here. Temperature effects the speed of radiation emited. I have found no effidence that it effects the amount of radiation emited.

You can repair your tools inside it. IE tool + ingot = repaired tool.

If you place coolants with a Buildcraft Builder then the source blocks wont flow, that way you dont need to place annything to hold it in place. Otherwise, normal glass is valid just like graphite blocks or annything on this list.
