I just noticed. Why is there a clothes hanger/person standing right behind the girl in your avatar? I can just see the clothes, and they're the same as the girl's clothes. Seriously, that's creeps me out every time I see your avatar now.

You might want to look for the resonant rise testing server, although I'm not sure if they would let you in. Some of the whitelist servers have small populations, if you find the right ones. You might want to ask the admin how many players play on their server, just incase.

Smartmoving considers modloader and forge the same. You need the modloader version, if you look at the name it actually says it's for forge as well. Put it in the mods folder. You can also put it in the jar, if you want to, but it's a hassle to update since you have to delete the entire jar...

Timber can be replaced with treecapitator, I believe Timber is a Bukkit plugin and it wouldn't be fun to try to get FTB to work with Bukkit. Your computer should be fine. Sphax x256 might lower your FPS to something unacceptable, like 20 or 30, but if it's not ok then you can just downgrade...

Try adding railings and some vertical windows without glass on the tower. Balconies will help. You'll also need to fill in the gaps. Also, that choice of colors is grand. You should round off the top of your tower to give it a better shape. Maybe put a hole in the top.
