Was it working before? Sometimes a good reinstall fixes a lot of errors. Please follow this guide exactly to reinstall the launcher the recommended way. After that if you are still experiencing problems please post new console log in debug mode to pastebin.com

The possible solution for both is to update your Jwgl to 2.9.0 I've heard that this enables the launcher to run on Java 7 even on a MacOS.

You can do one of two things. Downgrade to Java version 6 using this guide. Or update your jwgl library to 2.9.0 Note I have heard both work, but since I do not have a Mac I have not done this myself. I will try helping where I can.

It appears that Gulliver needs to be installed after Optifine in the instMods, or Jar, folder not the mods folder.

I do not see the mod SanAndreasP's Manager Pack installed. It seems it is still required in the 1.4.7 version of Clay Soldiers. You will want version 1.3 for 1.4.6(7)

Sorry, its called the Pneumatic Generator Upgrade. I've always called it the MJ Upgrade. Check out NEI for the recipes as I'm not sure which one will work for your server configs. You could try the recipes in a test SP world since the configs should be the same as the server.

You are both correct. The machine is located at 'Block location: World: (517,65,-132)' You need to backup first. Then use MCEdit, or a similar program, to remove the conductive pipe and/or the GregTech machine. This is fixed in 1.5.2 and will not be fixed in 1.4.7

The error says that some blocks are still conflicting with RP2. Remove Ars Magica and dump IDs in NEI to a text file. Then use that file to change the IDs of Ars Magica. If I recall correctly the 650 - 670 blocks are free. Also check the console, it will probably list more than the error report...
