You have windows so you should be using Java 7. Uninstall Java 6 and install Java 7 from this guide's link. After installing Java 7 if you are still experiencing an error please post a new console log.

That is a good thing to try then force update, but you could also download the files manually if that does not work. The links to the files are in the log. Once downloaded put them in your lib folder inside the pack. The file links are just above this quote.

Are you using a Mac? If so you can either downgrade back to Java 6 by using this guide or upgrade your lwjgl library to 2.9.0. I do not have a Mac, but I've heard both processes work well for the launcher.

Is that the only ID missing? Do you have Wireless Redstone ChickenBones Edition mod on your client. Please post your full client side console log in debug mode as you attempt to connect to the server to pastebin.com and link it here. This guide should help with the log.
