    The spawner is in the Overworld. I also noticed that they same thing happened when I switched out the Enderman safari net for a Zombie pigman one. Maybe the spawner is cursed.

    Nope,continuous,I captured one with full health,and exact copy is off. However, the damage indicators GUI showed that they wren't actually taking damage, but they act like they are (flashing red, making sounds).
