I copied and pasted the code you posted,so I don't think that's the problem. I also did add the meta data when I tried the itemids because the dusts share the same id, it might've confused it since I had the : in there.

I found CoFHWorld-Generation.cfg and CoFHWorld.cfg,exactly what should I add/change? I'm kind of paranoid I'm gonna mess something up.

I was aware of that, I went to a mystcraft age that I made after mekanism was added to mine,as it should generate new ores,unless it somehow refuses to generate stuff from mekanism.
