Make sure you are selecting the right mod pack. Double check which mod pack they are telling you to download. DW20 goes up to 1.1.6 and Unleashed up to 1.1.7 on my launcher. Hope that helps some what.

This is usually caused by an over zealous antivirus program. Try adding an exclusion to the server folder in your antivirus.

Make sure the server has 64bit version of Java if the OS is 64bit, remove all other versions. Then add these arguments if it has 4GB of RAM or more.
