This is a known problem with older packs that the creator of the pack has not updated to include those files. Look here to fix it.

thanks i have the files now, but now when i start the server it just instantly closes :confused:.
manage to get it on screenshot.
please tell me what this means.
 
That is strange all the answer posts I'm finding for that error are to delete the META-INF folder. Is this a server you modded yourself? I thought that the more recent Forge versions, even the ones for 1.5.2, did not require you to delete the META-INF folder anymore. Or at least the server download would have done that for you already.

sorry for the late reply (was busy with family stuff).
i diddnt mod it myself i just pressed "download server files" in the ftb launcher.
 
Well just to be sure delete the META-INF file. Make sure to get a backup copy if you need it later by some odd chance.
