You did not say the console closes, just that the game crashes. A lot of times the game crashes but the console stays open. See if there is a crash log in the launcher folder. If there is please post the information (text) from that file to pastebin.com and provide the link that pastebin gives...

That is probably your problem. Try temporarily disabling it. If that does not help see if the antivirus has an exclusion list and add the launcher folder to it. Be sure to check any boxes that says 'include sub-folders' when you do so it includes all the launcher's folders.

I'm no expert on servers, but this appears to be a Java error. Check to see that you have Java 7 update 45 and that it is the only version on the server. Have you tried reinstalling Java?
