This is a known issue with the 1.6.4 packs not being able to be used in offline mode. It will hopefully be fixed in the next version of the launcher.

Your antivirus program sees what ever minecraft is doing as either a potential problem or it is because the file is a .dat file. I believe it is the first, as I've seen this error with other files than a .dat file.

Minecraft ran out of memory. Is your windows 7 64bit? If so get the 64bit version of Java, be sure to uninstall the 32bit versions and all older versions. If you have a 32bit OS then you might want to try removing mods such as MapWriter and other intensive RAM mods.
