Just guessing here but check if bith the forestry and extra bees configs and jars are in there forlder and you do not have them double.

i would guess, just do like you did with the tekkit server.

i think the only effective and safe way, change all the FTB configs to match the item ID's of your world. dont kill me if there is a better way. :P

You are runninga only 4 gig of ram. And how many players where exploring the map ? We ran a 25gig server with top of the line CPU's and if we rolled a new map, 15 players exploring would lower the tick rate dramaticly. Again Mod servers can kill most low to mediam power servers very easy.

I dont think that you need permission to "run a FTB server". I can ask on higher ranks and see what the word is there, but i am 99% sure the host wont need permission to install you a FTB server side.
