    server host, configuring correct mem amount?

    try use a bit more ram. Since its a new world a lot of generation is happening. Also its 1.4 with adds more mobs. And the big amount of mods will add more load on a server.

    remove all NEI addons for any of the mods you removed.

    its railcraft. You removed railcraft but did not remove the railcraft NEI addon. Now NEI is looking for failcraft and it cannot find it.

    did you delete forestry and not extra bees ? Give some more info please .

    How do I install FTB on a server that uses MMCA?

    To specify he is using http://www.mcmyadmin.com/ MCMA is a pain to use. It works but its awfull to setup. Set your MCMA in "Tekkit" mode to support mods. Also update your java to Java 7!
