    You need to put the config file of portal mod in your world folders. Each world and dymension needs it own config file. its folder. I would just suggest removing Portalgun since there are a LOT of issues with it atm

    If not set to static your local IP will change depending to the ammount of devices connected to your router ! your external IP can also change if your ISP works with dynamic IP's Do NOT add your IP in the config of your server. This will only create more issues.
