Weather obelisk quest in EnderIO seems to be bugged. Weather crystal, one of its components, has a recipe of a single diamond, which doesn't work. I didn't see this in this thread on searching, nor in the known bugs google document.

Now I have issues with itemducts on Infinity. They pull from a chest, go past a largish bank of JABBA barrels and then end up in another chest if the barrels don't accept anything. Even though I have available barrels for the cobble and dirt (they have void upgrades in them and are full)...

They are exU pipes, yes. Nice trick with the glowstone :). I was asking about the potential lag, but it doesn't matter - I'm using the new itemducts now.

Should I be using facades or something to change this into a single line rather than this? I could see this setup causing lag as at each junction items would have to decide where to go.

Try removing the 32bit version.

and windows is using THAT version specifically? In the Java settings panel, there is an area to check which version of java is in use/to be used.

Are you sure Java is up-to-date? You should be using Java 8u40, 64bit
