Do you mean you get a black screen? Did you put Render API into the instMods folder? Are you sure you had the right version of Render API for that version of Minecraft? Can you copy the FTB log to see if there's anything relevant there?

Well, it's basically complaining in a few different ways that the player model hasn't been declared. From what I can fathom, the problem is that you need to install Player Render API (and Player API if you haven't done so already) to run GalactiCraft. Or that you forgot to install GCCore...

You mean a block ID conflict. Nope, there isn't a way, but there are still plenty of unused IDs, use NEI to search for them.
