    Transfer nodes, attached to a crafting table, with an interaction upgrade will scan the 9x9 inventories behind the table for a pattern to craft, craft it and pump it across the network, as with any other thing. With speed upgrades, it can be really very quick.

    See, this indicates that the recipe is wrong (or rather, some of the ingredients are wrong), and NEI is forcing the issue. Check the ingredients are the same as in NEI? I'm not entirely sure, to be honest.

    The way that the jsons are structured, it's not a list of stuff, and a list of seeds, which can get out of sync, it's a procedural "There's this seed, with these properties, uses this item, and returns this many". What kind of seeds/items are you getting? Could be that things are not referenced...

    So you can't automagically inert into the cutter or refiner? That's a pain. Have you looked at things like the vanilla hopper which seems to oddly bypass a lot of the "insert this here" stuff that mods use?
