    If that's how you feel about them I'd suggest using the alternatives(Q+, Ender quarry, or the like) as large flooded BC quarries with their 10s of thousands of flowing blocks can bring a server to its knees.

    Towny is also inherently anti-lag prevention in modded mc as it usually forces a number of players to build in the same area which usually ends up with tons of stuff in a small number of chunks causing more lag.

    This is 100% accurate. Chunkloading in and of itself isn't a huge issue server performance wise. For proof every player loads 441 chunks while online. 9 or 25 from a chunkloader is nothing in comparison. However what is within the chunks being loaded by any means is usually where lag arises...

    It's nothing to do with you and everything to do with the new cities. Being underground they are likely able to spawn bats in certain places.

    Bats spawn below 64, I believe, if the light level is low enough and the "can see the sun" flag is false.

    It doesn't collect a seed, it collects 3 crops per harvest I think. Forces you to autocraft the seeds for re-planting.

    Yes it bugs out in the same fashion as TE3 ducts due to relying on FMP. A toggle of the input redstone should fix it. The latter is simply the way the rednet works. If you were to "power" a block with vanilla redstone the rednet should be able to pick it up.

    The question lies in how many are worth their salt. Didn't KL "leave" modding? As well can we could Powercrystals as one who left?

    Use buffers. For importing that means an extra way to pull from the buffer to the chamber. For output interfaces auto-output to chests.

    The cooldown was increased to 10 minutes instead of 6(on average) IIRC.

    Load it once online then you'll be able to play offline.
