So I finally got to doing more of the starting quests after side-tracking myself for awhile... I unlocked the agriculture chapter... So many quests I did by accident :p

It mines slower than molasses on blocks that count so it's probably more of a joke. I just didn't mine cause I bound mouse 1 to a key and just put something on it to hold it down to get my first obsidian xD

That'd take some serious quest depth though ._. It'd probably be better to make a pack based around his mods with quests.

RNGod does not reside with you. The bags draw from reward tables based on tier. The higher the tier the better rewards they can grab from but are still able to grab from crap tier at albeit lower rates. Ironically you're "lucky" that your lesser bags are grabbing better rewards with a lower...

Is it just me or are 90% of the railcraft quests in tech intro blanked out with an "unknown" instead of their proper items? Did a fresh install after deleting any local content and it still occurred. Not hard to fix but yeah.

More likely than not it's a crash caused by some cross mod interaction. I can't really imagine what mods would be conflicting atm though. It's likely not to happen terribly often though.

If you could grab a crash report I might be able to find a cause.

I believe there's more than one recipe for mutandis and the later tech one is more efficient.

On the latter bit, HQM doesn't detect for # of specified items for a manual detect quest. Once you have all the items for one specification it'll detect it. On submission quests it's able to track percentages though.

I feel like I'm missing something... is there no better way to gather clay other than breaking grass(Early on)?

My issue isn't pack specific though. There seems to be an issue with a mod and my computer or something as I seem to be the only person that ever has the problem. I'm going to try to get in touch with the mod author though and see if he knows of any possible reasons it might occur. I'd just...

Uh... Did you read what I said? Getting the meteorite pick is fine but if you're breaking the meteorite blocks with a pick you're wasting ore. They generate ore AND meteorite chips if you break them with a hammer.
