remove the Java 6 as well :), and make sure that update 55 is 64 bit....if it's not, you need to install the Update 55 64 bit. (not saying these things will fix your issue, but it's a good place to start...then we can continue to debug from there).

Do you have more than one version of Java installed? (because that crash log says you are running Update 4, not 55). Interesting, I thought the launcher changed both to match when using it for memory control. Try adding -Xm2560M to the parameters field

What were you doing before it crashed, did you make any recent changes to anything? Also: Java Version: 1.7.0_04, Oracle Corporation Update your Java JVM Flags: 4 total; -Xms256M -Xmx2560M Xms and Xmx need to match, change Xms to 2560M do those and then see what happens.

The only problem with this reasoning is that even though you and your friends aren't playing nonstop...the host still has to have your server running non-stop. They have the pay the electricity bill for your server 24/7, as well as all of the other expenses they have as a host (wages, etc)...
