And I have no idea what the issue is to be frank.

There was a error log generated which I've put into a pastebin (http://pastebin.com/mDWLRrh2).

I'm not sure what the problem is, it says "java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: -1 ". Now I've seen a few OutOfBoundsExpection in some of the error logs but I've never seen it display -1, so I'm lost sadly.

If anyone has any idea what it is.

Everyone crashes sometimes. As long as you can log back in...? Oh and whats RRutil?

That's the thing. I can't even get to the 'Intro screen' of minecraft. It starts up, and it's loading. And then crashes and goes back to the launcher, with that -1 as a crash log.

And RRUtility is probably something that the Resonant Rise members made for something.

What were you doing before it crashed, did you make any recent changes to anything?

Also:

Java Version: 1.7.0_04, Oracle Corporation
Update your Java

JVM Flags: 4 total; -Xms256M -Xmx2560M
Xms and Xmx need to match, change Xms to 2560M

do those and then see what happens.

According to the Java website I am running the latest version : Version 7 Update 55 according to the 'online version checker' on there website.

And looing at my launcher. Memory/RAM is set to 2560 MB and Java Perimeters is blank. So I'm not sure what the deal is with that or how to perhaps add the perimeters.

Do you have more than one version of Java installed? (because that crash log says you are running Update 4, not 55).

Interesting, I thought the launcher changed both to match when using it for memory control. Try adding -Xm2560M to the parameters field

Ah I'm seeing what the Java is: Java(TM) 6 Update 26 (64-Bit), Java(TM) 7 Update 4 (64-Bit) & Java 7 Update 55. Are all installed. I'm assuming I need to 'remove' the 7 Update 4 one?

Also I added the -Xm2560M, didn't do much but I'll leave it there :).

remove the Java 6 as well :), and make sure that update 55 is 64 bit....if it's not, you need to install the Update 55 64 bit.

(not saying these things will fix your issue, but it's a good place to start...then we can continue to debug from there).

I've done some 'deleting' and updating. I completely removed Java off the computer and reinstalled, and according to the website it's the latest version.

In my programs list etc it is: Java 7 Update 55 (64-Bit) (Yes I am using a 64 bit system, I also checked that ;)).

Still no 'succes' but I've uploaded the 'newer' crash log here : http://pastebin.com/2JLdsCSN

It does still say: Java Version: 1.7.0_55, Oracle Corporation so I'm not sure what the deal is with that. Like am I missing a java somewhere on my computer that I'm unaware of, as I completely deleted Java through the configuration screen, all the standard install paths were emtpy and gone.

It also still says: -Xms256M -Xmx2560M so I'm assuming that's 'normal' for now.

so if your java arguments are blank in the launcher, then something else is adding them. sometimes this can come from an environment variable "JAVA_OPTIONS" check if you have this.
Start Menu -> Computer (right click), pick properties -> Advanced system settings -> Advanced tab (usually 3rd from the left). bottom of that tab click 'Environment Variables'
Look through both lists and see if you have something named "JAVA_OPTIONS" if so delete it (unless you KNOW you need it for something non minecraft related)

This is not the place for crashes, this is the general chat section.
There is a Tech Support Site: http://support.feed-the-beast.com/questions/?sort=mostvoted

Please use that instead.

I tried. Posted it there 6 hours ago and nobody replied. I posted it here and I got a reply in like 10 minutes.

I've added and deleted the _JAVA_OPTIONS part and both didn't work. Although I am facing another problem.

[The error below has been fixed, apperently after removing -Xm2560M it started working again, I still have the other error with the OutOfBoundsException -1]
Everytime I press Play it now pops up with the message:
Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
Error: A fatal exception has occured. Program will exit.
[Fixed the Java Virtual Machine Error]

While you are correct, and I'm sure you are well intentioned in a lot of your posts. You seem to think you are a moderator, you are not. All you need to do is click "report" and the moderators will move it. There is no reason for you to post these types of things directly in the thread.[DOUBLEPOST=1398117623][/DOUBLEPOST]

Though RealSketch is certainly correct, just because no one answered you doesn't mean you need to start a duplicate thread in the wrong spot...should have just been patient.

Though of course, posting in the wrong forum is no reason to not get an answer :D.[DOUBLEPOST=1398117706][/DOUBLEPOST]apperently after removing -Xm2560M

it should have been -Xms2560M (did you typo in just the thread, or the launcher as well...as if you did the typo in the laucher that's why that didn't work)

Ah well that's the thing. If I 'try to add' -Xms (or -Xmx) 2560M it comes up with the message:

The Entered Java Parameters were incorrect. Please remove any reference to Xmx, Xms or XX: PermSize

I'm sorry for acting like that; it is true, I am no mod.
But hopefully, by doing that action, viewers and the OP will have remember to do that in the future, if I just reported it; only the mods will know, the viewers may perform this kind of thread again in the future. :)[DOUBLEPOST=1398118570][/DOUBLEPOST]

I see how that works, but still this should really go to support.
May I ask mods to move.

interesting...it's always worked for me. Maybe they changed it in one of the recent updates and I didn't see it. Could be, sorry about that. As for the other error you are still getting, not entirely sure, I'll have to look around a bit and see if I can find something out.

(I'm not the "best" person at reading error logs :))

I certainly know where you are coming from, and I have no problem with people telling people their stuff is in the wrong spot (because it is good to inform people), but if that's the "only" purpose to your post then it is uncalled for. If you are going to "backseat moderate" at least answer the question that is being asked. :)

Ofcourse you may. It just feels that the general FTB forums are more active in terms and I miss my world haha. But yeah ofcourse you can ask.

@Staxxed. Thanks for the help so far :).

Maybe perhaps a general question. CAN RotaryCraft AND Ars Magicka be together in a pack. Otherwise that might be an issue but I highly doubt that is the thing right?

By "backseat moderate", do you mean what (I think) SatanicSanta said; because I certainly haven't done that.
What question? If you mean the OP's question, it is in the wrong place, and like you said I am no mod, and neither of us are Tech Support; so we cannot really provide a correct answer but just mere guesses.[DOUBLEPOST=1398119089][/DOUBLEPOST]I really do not want to fall out with you @Staxed ; you really do help out a lot and are a great help to the forums, so I shall not say anymore about it. :)

I have them working together in my modified Monster just fine.
