Everything placed down in the world will be just fine. There's a possibility that player inventories won't come over correctly (I've never tried this exact situation) but you can prevent problems there by dumping all your gear into chests before moving the world.

It sounds like you started with a vanilla server jar. Hopefully you backed up the world first, because otherwise those modded blocks are gone for good. Assuming you do have a backup, try restoring it and start up with a forge server jar.

The cobalt sword is actually the diamond sword (same id, just renamed with a new recipe). It worked for me, but that was back in 1.1.1. Did you do it with a new sword with no damage or enchantments? I'm not sure if those matter, but they might.

Not possible. You can technically pipe blood out as a liquid, but blood moves slowly and you can't pipe it back in fast enough. You're gonna have to add blood as its crafting. If you haven't got the mob sacrifice set up yet, a tier 3 altar with full self sacrifice runes will get you over 900...

The Tinker's Steelworks high oven let's you make steel from iron, or you can go with the good old vanilla fire charge which you likely have a few of from mob drops by the time you're ready for the nether.

Do you mean the Magical Crops obsidian infused blocks (which require metals from the Witchery spirit world) or is there some Witchery ritual I'm not aware of? That's one of the few mods in BnB I'm not too familiar with yet...

And it's also part of what makes this thread so fun... Seeing someone pop in and talk about some new thing they've found that makes everything much easier, and just knowing it's now gonna be tweaked in the next version. Yeah, I enjoy a little schadenfreude from time to time. :-)

Does it come back once you quit and restart? If so, it's a known issue (the quest book even mentions it).

That'd be a nice feature for HQM, allowing you to specify which rewards allow/disallow multiple people to claim them in party mode. In a map like this you definitely want everyone to get the early stuff (e.g. the camel pack) but doubling up on later stuff (e.g. machine frames!) is a little OP.

I'm really liking this too. Nether sounds about right to me for the starting tier (interface and cables), with the storage cells progressing through the spirit world (or 2.0 equivalent) and the MAC still held off until The End.

The rogue like dungeons have a few spots to get redstone. The first is the pit traps with the stone pressure plate and piston. If you dig into the wall you'll get a couple of dust under each piston. Second is the rooms with redstone lamps typically have a block of redstone powering them.

If I'm spamming eggs, I sweep across the wall so no two eggs hit the same place.
